Sliding joints screwcaps & sealing rings

These plastic screwcaps have an aperture in the top to allow a glass tube of smaller diameter to pass through the screwcap to create an adjustable sliding joint. Compression of a PTFE sheathed sealing disc inside the screwcap secures the inner glass tube in place.

Ideal for inserting thermometers and glass tubing etc. into an SVL^® system
Sealing rings manufactured from silicone rubber and sheathed with PTFE for protection against chemical attack
Wide range of sizes for use with tubing from 4.0 to 32.8mm
